Lotus Flower Cafe

Greetings, dear friends. Welcome to Lotus Flower Cafe! I will be holding my living foods workshops again here in Orange County. The first one is set for August 7th from 9am to 1pm. It will be held at the Anneliese School in Laguna Canyon. This campus is truly magical. There are gardens and many beautiful birds, a tipi, and a small charming room with a kitchen where the workshop will be. If you would like to attend, send me an email so I can hold a spot for you. (There may be a surprise or two... hopefully some amazing music:-)

My food demonstrations are always fun and informative. If you are interested in improving your health and having more energy to enjoy your life, contact me and I will add you to the list. At the workshops, you will learn how to make a variety of simple yet flavorful dishes including salads, appetizers, juices, snacks, spring rolls, pates, crackers and desserts. Participants will get to sample everything and take home the recipes.
